A unique creation of a whole body workout!
If you’re looking for more of an upbeat/follow along to workout, these are awesome!
Also can accommodate for any fitness level.
Whole body is the focus each session!
Average 35-45min sessions
Equipment recommended:
A set of Dumbbells any size, bender ball, mini band, gliders, band with handles.
Suspension trainer if you have one.

Boot Camp #1- “30/60/30 + Tabata's & Core Blast”

Boot Camp #2- “Take 2 on 30/60/30 + 3 min Cardio rounds & Triceps”
Whole body
30 seconds of work
10 seconds of recovery
Then 60/10
Then back to 30/10
4 exercises 3x throughThen 3 min cardio round!! Woo it’s a good one!
Then another 30/60/30
With a hamstring/ core / Tricep circuitAnd a bonus 4 min core and glute session at the end!

Complete 10 reps at a time. 10 reps, rest. Repeat!

Mini band galore! This has so much variety but builds to challenge those muscles into a good fatigue.
Tabata is a 4 min challenge
Amrap means- as many rounds as possible -

75 seconds on the clock, and go!
Exploring whole body with unique combos!
Arms, legs and abs will feel this one! -
BootCamp #10-“4 min circuits with 10 seconds x10 power rounds”
10 seconds of work, 5 seconds recovery x 10!
Chest/Back and a whole lotta glute work!

A great core blaster at the end with some added triceps! Some great single leg alternating deadlifts too! Great shoulder work and biceps at the start and all the way into 3rd circuit! A little tricep top off at the end!
My arms and glutes were feeling this one!

Great heart rate booster to start!
Then into some great biceps and mid back circuits that equal around 5 min 50 seconds in time!
Along with core and hamstrings and a bonus 30 unique pushups at the end!

This work out is action packed!! A fun way to use your mini band too!
Have a stepper? Gets get that out for the first “move”
5 exercises in each circuit and we will do them 3x through.
In addition there is a drill called power 10’s!
