Personal Training are sessions that mimic what is taught in studio! It is like you are being personal trained from wherever you are in the world!
Each exercise sequence carefully guides you through the right form.
Option to lift heavier in these sessions too!
These sessions can accommodate for any fitness levels, and a lot of modifications and options to work around any shoulder, knee, low back issues and more.
Equipment recommended:
A set of Dumbbells any size, bender ball, mini band, thick cloth band.
Suspension trainer if you have one.
Spin
These sessions are pre-recorded so you can do them wherever and whenever you would like. If you have a spin bike or a trainer at home, these sessions are a great way to mix your cardio training up. Choose your own music, and you will be instructed through the workout every step of the way.
These workouts provide a variety of drills for any fitness level.
