Group Training
Group Training online is a session with a personal training approach.
Each exercise sequence carefully guides you through the right form and can also be more of a rehabilitation style of workout.
Option to lift heavier in these sessions too!
These sessions can accommodate for any fitness levels, and a lot of modifications and options to work around any shoulder, knee, low back issues and more.
Average 45 min sessions
But can be split up if 45 min is too long!
Equipment recommended:
A set of Dumbbells any size, bender ball, mini band, thick cloth band.
Suspension trainer if you have one.

CORE
Our core series features a unique and motivating core workout!
Each workout has 4 - 6 min circuits to complete.
Length of sessions- 35min
YOGA
Stretch/ Yoga
Through the practice of yoga, you will experience increased mindfulness and feel better physically. Strength and flexibility can be maintained and gradually improved with practice. Suitable for any flexibility level.
Pick a session anywhere from 3min-30min.
Spin
If you have ever been to one of Excel Fitness’ spin classes, you are guaranteed a great workout and to sweat!
These sessions are pre-recorded so you can do them wherever and whenever you would like. If you have a spin bike or a trainer at home, these sessions are a great way to mix your cardio training up. Choose your own music, and you will be instructed through the workout every step of the way.
These workouts provide a variety of drills for any fitness level.
