    You will need a set of dbells, maybe 2 sizes as this involves a basic chest press. And a bender ball.

    You can use your TRX/Suspension Trainer long strap setting instead of lying on your back for chest press.

    This is a workout and a half- such a great variety! Have "fun"!!

    You will need:
    A set of dbells for squats, lateral shoulder flies (or bicep curls)
    Single leg deadlifts, and inner thigh squats.
    And a bender ball.

    Working with the glutes, triceps, and mid back, along with core and an awesome lateral leg kick curtsey lunge combo!

    Listen up for those modifications for knee, back and shoulder issues!

    You will need a set of dbells.
    One lighter set and one heavier set, or 1 set will do!

    You will be working through the chest and back.
    There are chest presses lying down in this workout, in which you can use the TRX instead as well! Prepare it with the longest strap setting.

    Along with mid back pulls- you may use your suspension trainer too!
    Gliders and a bender ball as well!
