This workout is a combo of whole body movements, along with some great mini band work at the end! Biceps, shoulders, hamstrings, glutes, core, and more!
You will need: Dbells for deadlifts (modification use your body weight or hold onto bender ball)
You will need: Dbells for biceps curls ( or mini band or band with handles)
You will need: Dbells for whole body Squat and Press (or use mini band)
You will need: Gliders for pikes (modifications given)
You will need: A bender ball for core
You will need: A yoga block only if you have one, you will use a bender ball instead.
