  • Beginner Stretching

  • Take 2 Bender Ball Yoga

    A whole body stretch out using the bender ball. Stay focused, stay aligned, lengthen out.

  • Stretching for Low Back Tension

    Not directly stretching the low back is key. Lets stretch the muscles around the low back that link to tension.
    Great for any level.

  • Lying Down/Wall Stretch Time

    A stretch strap is used in this video but you can do without, or use a yoga strap or a strap of any sort. Like tea towel, or heavy resistance bands.

  • 5 min Express Pilates Pillow or Yoga Block Stretch

    Great 5 min whole body stretch out!

  • 10 min Stability Ball Yoga

    No downward facing dogs in this sequence. This is a great neck, mid back, hip and low back opening practice that anyone can do!

  • 8 min Foam Roller Yoga

    Using a foam roller, and some deep breaths, we explore different ways to use the foam roller to stretch out.

  • 8 min Suspension Trainer Yoga

    Any suspension trainer will work. This gives you tons of shoulder mobility and chest stretching to help with tight neck muscles.

  • 15 min Stretch Strap and Foam Roller Yoga

    Stretching for the whole body using the stretch strap and foam roller.
    This is a unique sequence that your body will be thanking you after!

  • Beginner Stretch 5MIN

    Taking it nice and slow, this session is a great beginner stretch sequence but also great for anyone who wants to slow things right down and have a 5 min stretch.

  • 8 min Yoga ( use Pilates pillow if you have one)

    Press play, enjoy this whole body stretch out in just 8 min.

  • Candle Lit Yoga (30min)

    Props can be used but not mandatory. If you have a stretch strap, yoga block, pilates pillow or bender ball, have them handy.
    Props allow you to create more space in the joints so that we do not compress into them.

    Enjoy this calming stretch out.

  • Bender Ball And Stretch Strap Yoga Sequence

    Bender ball is not necessary but if you have one, let's get it out!
    Also a stretch strap is very useful in this session as well!
