Some workouts I would suggest doing back to back. You will see how they are set up, a 10 min or so workout, topped off with a 5 min workout!
Modifications for all levels!

  • Glider And Dbell BootCamp Glute Killer!

    Episode 1

    You will need a set of gliders ( can do without too )
    A set of dumbbells

    7 exercises - 40 seconds of work, 15 seconds recovery- 3X and you’re done!!

  • Tabata Express 22 min

    Episode 2

    Using dbells and band with handles!

    20 seconds of work 10 recovery- 8X
    = 4 min

    4 amazing circuits

  • 20 min express whole body workout using Dbells, Bender Ball & Mini Band

    Episode 3

    DbSuch a good challenge! Lots of modifications given!

    45 seconds of work
    3X through!

    6 exercises with a dash of triceps and mid back
    Core and lots of great lower body moves

  • Excel Shred #1

    Episode 4

    5 exercises done 3X through and modifications for all levels!
    Shoulders, Lunges, biceps and abs!
    You will need:
    A set of dbells
    For modifications if you are not doing squats- have bender ball handy.

  • #8 Suspension Trainer or Bunjee Cord Resistance Band Strength Workout

    Episode 5

    You will need a set of weights any size, a set of gliders (if you have them)
    A suspension trainer, or a resistance band with handles ( or use both!)

    And that is it!
    Complete 3 - 6 min strength circuits!

    A great stretch to follow after this would be the 8 min Suspension Trainer Yoga.

  • #3 Suspension Trainer and Bender Ball 18 min Workout

    Episode 6

    Triceps, Mid Back, Quads, Inner Thights, Glutes and Core
    30 seconds of work: 15 seconds of recovery

  • Shoulder Rehab Mini Band session

    Episode 7

    I will take you through a circuit for shoulder rehab. This workout is excellent for building strength in the rotator cuff muscles. This is also an excellent workout for shoulder strength maintenance.

    5 exercises done 3X through and modifications for all levels!
    Quads, Glutes, Shoulders, Side Abs, Lower Abs

    You will need:
    A set of dbells
    LIGHT Set if you have it
    Bender Ball
    A pilates pillow handy for extra low back support

    You can use a bosu, stepper 360 or stepper (for bulgarians)

  • 10 min Express BootCamp

    Episode 9

    Bender ball and a set of weights used.
    Working on hamstrings, quads, biceps, shoulders and core!

  • Wall Squat Session with Thick or Thin Band

    Episode 10

    12 exercises with the thick or mini rubber band.
    30 seconds of work each set!

    Grab your mini band or thick band for this amazing workout for all levels.
    Just do what you can, it is less than 10 min!

  • 11 min Foam Roller Core Blast

    Episode 11

    10 exercises on the foam roller
    45 seconds each with a 15 second rest
    1 X through!

  • Hamstrings/Mid Back and Core

    Episode 12

    We will use a bender ball and a mini band for this workout. And if you have a suspension trainer or a band with handles we will use that too , otherwise the mini band will work great for the mid back work.
    Optional to use some lighter dbells to in this session.

    An amazing whole body workout done in less than 20 min.
    5 exercises completed 2X through + abs and hamstrings at the end

    This combo is excellent if you are wanting an effective, quick workout!

  • Core Foundation #3

    Episode 16

    Slow controlled movements that use the whole body, all lying down, with a supported low back.

    You will need:
    A bender ball and a mini band any strength

  • 5 min Bender Ball Core Blast

    Episode 17

    Using the bender ball- we will work through 10- 20 second exercises.

    Lower abs, upper abs and sides. Repeat the video 2 or 3X if you'd like!
    Otherwise 5 min is better than nothing!

    A set of dbells- one size, or one for lower body, one for upper.
