    Shoulders, Lunges, biceps and abs!
    You will need:
    A set of dbells
    For modifications if you are not doing squats- have bender ball handy.

  • #8 Suspension Trainer or Bunjee Cord ...

    You will need a set of weights any size, a set of gliders (if you have them)
    A suspension trainer, or a resistance band with handles ( or use both!)

    And that is it!
    Complete 3 - 6 min strength circuits!

    A great stretch to follow after this would be the 8 min Suspension Trainer Yoga.
