Some workouts I would suggest doing back to back. You will see how they are set up, a 10 min or so workout, topped off with a 5 min workout!

For modifications if you are not doing squats- have bender ball handy. -
#8 Suspension Trainer or Bunjee Cord Resistance Band Strength Workout

You will need a set of weights any size, a set of gliders (if you have them)
A suspension trainer, or a resistance band with handles ( or use both!)And that is it!
Complete 3 - 6 min strength circuits!A great stretch to follow after this would be the 8 min Suspension Trainer Yoga.
