    This workout covers all the stabilizers that support your knee joint.
    This workout is amazing for maintenance of the knee joint for any sports or activities.
    Keeping the muscles around the knees strong is key to keeping the joint strong.

  • 13 min Whole Body Dbell and Bender Ball BootCamp

    This whole body workout for any level works the lower body, triceps, biceps, shoulders, and core!

    Working with 30 seconds and 45 second rounds, this workout goes by quickly and it is super effective!

  • Hamstrings/Mid Back and Core

    We will use a bender ball and a mini band for this workout. And if you have a suspension trainer or a band with handles we will use that too , otherwise the mini band will work great for the mid back work.
    Optional to use some lighter dbells to in this session.

  • Excel Shred #12- All Core

    5 exercsies 3X through!

    You will need a bender ball for this

    If you have gliders for this - get those!
    Pilates pillow optional
    Yoga block
    Stability ball

  • Low Intensity Whole Body Strength Training

    You will need a band with handles
    Or light dumbbells
    Bender ball
    Thick band

    6 exercises to go through at a slow and controlled pace
    Lower Body, Upper body and abs

  • Glider And Dbell BootCamp Glute Killer!

    You will need a set of gliders ( can do without too )
    A set of dumbbells

    7 exercises - 40 seconds of work, 15 seconds recovery- 3X and you’re done!!

    If you want to substitute the suspension trainer with a resistance band with handles- that is an option!!
    This workout you will set up your TRX to the short strap setting. You will need Dbells, and a bender ball!

  • Stability Ball/TRX/Dbell Circuit

    This whole body workout can be done with or without a stability ball or TRX too.

    See modifications, and keep in mind to take breaks when needed!

  • Lower Body Power and Weights

    You will need a stepper or a bosu and a set of dbells.
