    This is all done from laying down. Bringing it to the foundation and then adding on if you can. This will work for all levels!

    I will take you through a circuit for shoulder rehab. This workout is excellent for building strength in the rotator cuff muscles. This is also an excellent workout for shoulder strength maintenance.

    You will need a mini band and if you have a pilates pillow- have this handy for some of the exercises. But all you need is a mini band and a strong mindset!

  • Inner Thigh Strengthening

    Episode 13

    You will need a bender ball for this workout. If you have a PILATES RING this can be used instead as well!

    When we build up our inner thigh strength, we strengthen around the knees.

  • Yoga block (or bender ball) all core

    Episode 14

    This great core workout isolates the core using the block to create stability.
    When we have stability our muscles can engage properly.

    Any level welcome for this Core Blast!

  • 10 min cardio blast

    Episode 15

    10 min to sweat! What a great workout and its low impact for any knee issues but can accommodate for all levels.

    If you want to make it more HIIT there are options!
    Need to keep it low intensity- this workout has you covered!

  • 12 min Interval Training Cardio-No equipment needed

    30 seconds of recovery
