Complete 3 workouts each week, and 2 stretch suggestions per week (best to try and stretch 4X in a week) or every day.

  • Pilates Pillow Core Blast

    Episode 1

    Pilates pillows are amazing for low back support. This workout gives you some great variety and stretch options with the pillow.

  • Thick Band Hip and Core Workout

    Episode 2

    A thick band works best, but if you only have a mini band that can work great too!

  • #6 TRX Whole Body Workout

    Episode 3

    This whole body workout is creative and "fun". Focusing on shoulders and mid back, lower body, and core and a touch of HIIT training. Some great oblique work in this one!

  • Pilates Pillow or Yoga Block Yoga

    Episode 4

    This sequence can be done with or without props

  • Stretching for Low Back Tension

    Episode 5

    Not directly stretching the low back is key. Lets stretch the muscles around the low back that link to tension.
    Great for any level.

  • Group Personal Training #21 - Biceps/Mid back/Triceps/Lower body and Core

    Episode 6

    Tricep, bicep, mid back.
    Also working on the hips, balance, core and so much more.
    This session offers some quality, slow controlled strength training.

  • Thick band circuit

    Episode 7

    Going through these exercises one time through will be plenty!
    Thick cloth bands are recommended, however this can be done with your mini band and or nothing at all!

  • Shoulder Rehab Mini Band session

    Episode 8

    I will take you through a circuit for shoulder rehab. This workout is excellent for building strength in the rotator cuff muscles. This is also an excellent workout for shoulder strength maintenance.

  • 5 min Express Pilates Pillow or Yoga Block Stretch

    Episode 9

    Great 5 min whole body stretch out!

  • 8 min Suspension Trainer Yoga

    Episode 10

    Any suspension trainer will work. This gives you tons of shoulder mobility and chest stretching to help with tight neck muscles.
    Hip stretching and more!
