    Dbells needed and a Suspension trainer

    4 circuits to complete

    30 seconds of work, 20 seconds of recovery
    How many sets? It varies in each circuit!

    1st circuit- Chest
    2nd circuit- Lower body
    3rd circuit- Upper back and shoulders
