    Lemon
    Coconut Oil

    BAKE AT 350 for about 30 min- 40 min

  • Overnight Chia and Oats

    1/3 cup chia seeds
    1/4 oats
    1/2 cup of plant based milk or more- make sure it is not too thick when stirring

    2/3 cup oats
    1/3 cup of coconut
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    1 cup nut butter of your choice
