  • Body Weight Workout #1

    BW Strength workout #1
    - 12 back lunges each leg
    - 30 mountain climbers or high knees
    - 15 reverse curls
    - plank 2x 30 sec =1set
    - 20 hip raises
    - 12 single leg hip raises ea/leg

  • Body Weight Workout #2

    If you have a step to use or a platform like a picnic bench seat, this is perfect to use for the knee ups, and the tricep dips.

    20 knee Drivers on Floor or Platform
    10 pushups or plank for 20 sec
    12 ab v-ups
    24 bicycle curls
    12 tricep dips (modified use mini band) - see video

    - 30 band side steps
    - 12 Squat and shoulder press
