Set oven at 350
Place parchment paper on baking sheet
In a bowl mix:
1 cup oats (not instant)
Pick any of your favorite seeds:
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup hazelnuts
1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
1/4 cup of chia seeds
1 tbsp cinnamon
Mix all together
In a seperate bowl:
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup of maple syrup
Add 2 tbsp of honey if you'd like too!
Mix all together a bake for 20 min, stir half way through
