1 cup of plant based milk
Examples: (almond, oat, cashew, coconut)
1/2 cup blueberries
1tbsp cashews, or almonds, or sunflower seeds (any nuts really)
Or take them out if you have allergies
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 banana (regular or frozen)
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, or plain
Dash of cinnamon
