Group Personal Training
Group Training online is a session that consists different strength stations, very similar to how I would coach in the studio.
Each station carefully guides you through the right form and can also be more of a rehab style of workout.
Option to lift heavier in these sessions too!
These sessions can accommodate for any fitness levels, and a lot of modifications and options to work around any shoulder, knee, low back issues and more.
Average 35-45 min sessions
But can be split up if 45 min is too long!
Equipment recommended:
A set of Dumbbells any size, bender ball, mini band, thick cloth band.
Suspension trainer if you have one.

Personal training- Bosu Hip, Ankle, Core Strengthening Personal Training Style
You will use a bosu ball, pilates ring, mini band and thick band.
Dbells are optional.
** If your low back does not agree with single leg deadlifts- a separate suggestion will be given. I would prefer you to lye on your back and try single leg hip raises instead. (see 26:50 for demo)Have "fun!"

Personal Training- All Upper Body Power- Chest, back, shoulders, Biceps and Core
A personal training approach style to this workout.
This is a combo of chest, back, shoulders, biceps and core work!
You will adjust dumbbells accordingly to the exercises instructed. -
Personal Training - All upper body - triceps , biceps, shoulders core mid back
Using a set of dbells & a bender ball if you have one.
Warming up with some mini band exercises.This would be a great session to take to the gym with you, or to use in your home gym.

Top it off with one of Excel Fitness' Core blast at the end!
