1 scoop protein powder, chocolate or vanilla, or plain
1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 tbsp Cacao
1 handful of spinach/ 2 cups loosely packed
2 small dates, or 1 large
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 banana
(use ice cubes if you want to drink right away)
