Gluten Free Monk Fruit Sugar Donuts

Makes 6 donuts, in the video I doubled the recipe
1 cup of almond flour or Gluten Free Flour Blend
1/3 cup of stevia or monk fruit
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 eggs
1/4 cup of oat milk (or almond milk) any milk really
1/4 cup of a mix of coconut oil and grass fed butter melted
1tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
Mix 1 tbsp of water
1/4 cup of coconut oil
1/4 cup of monk fruit
1 tsp of coconut
Bake at 350 for 16-20 min or until golden brown on the edges

Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
