Base: 1 Cup Water or Plant based Milk
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 date
1/2 to 1 lemon juiced (I love to squeeze the juice of a whole lemon)
1 small piece of ginger
1 small piece of tumeric
1 banana
1 cup of cherries (pitted) or mixed berries
You can add a scoop of protein powder if you'd like
(vanilla or plain)
